Is your website secure ?

Our website uses 256 SSL encryption which is industry standard. All payments are processed by third parties to ensure your card information is as secure as possible at all times.

Can i collect my order or can i buy over the counter ?

To Keep costs down and everything efficient at this time we only offer mail order, we do not run a retail counter.

Can I pay with using my credit or debit card ?

We accept 3 main forms of payment via some of the payment industries most secure and largest providers. - 

  • Paypal
  • Amazon
  • Stripe

All three of these payment providers operate off our main site which creates a secure connection to them. You can use a wide range of cards at any of these processors.  Because we take security seriously we never take payments over the phone, we do not store any cards details on our own server.

Are your products waterproof ?

Some products are made to be waterproof, but please understand whilst high quality fully waterproof materials have been used in their construction, sometimes zips and sewing can leak if enough water pressure is applied.

Will your products fit my bike ?
Due to the huge resources, it would take to compile a list of every single bike our products can fit we are unable to specifically suggest which bikes our products may fit. Not only is there a wide range of setups between the same model bike, but there are also massive differences from customer to customer in relation to expectation and ability to fit luggage. We ask customers to use common sense and patience the first time they try and fit our luggage.
I'd like to send my order as a gift, can you do gift wrapping ?

We are sorry, due to running a tight streamline warehouse process to keep prices as best as possible. We are unable to offer gift wrapping.

Can i / Why cant i call you ?

We do not operate a telephone line but are available via email for support or to answer any questions. We run a very efficient business, it would not always be possible to be available to manage telephone customer support.
